# Destroy All Devices – Return & Refund Policy
At Destroy All Devices, we want you to love your gear. If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help you sort it out. Please read our policy below to see how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
### 1. Return Window
You have *30 days** from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange.
* Requests made after the 30-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
### 2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, all items must be returned in the exact condition you received them:
* Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
* Free of any odors, stains, pet hair, or makeup marks.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact.
* Note: We inspect all returned items upon arrival. Items that do not meet these criteria will be sent back to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.
### 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
* Any items marked "Final Sale" on the product page.
* Limited-edition drops or custom/made-to-order garments.
* Intimate apparel, swimwear, or socks (for hygiene reasons).
* Digital gift cards.
### 4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We use a digital return portal to make the process as seamless as possible:
1. Head over to our online Return Center [Insert Link to Return Portal].
2. Enter your order number and zip/postal code.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and state the reason.
4. Download and print your prepaid shipping label.
### 5. Return Shipping Costs
* Exchanges & Store Credit: If you choose to exchange your item for a different size/style, or opt for 100% store credit, return shipping is completely free.
* Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal), a flat fee of £6 will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping and restocking costs for up to 5 items. for anything more than five items the flat fee is £10
### 6. Processing Time & Refunds
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow *5 to 7 business days** for our team to inspect the items and process your request.
* If approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes *3 to 10 business days** for the credit to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
### 7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item entirely, we want to fix it immediately.
